Emmaus Swiss Hospital School is headed by the Founder & Principal - Mrs. Kathleen Jacob who is assisted by a team of well experienced and dedicated staff. Besides the responsibility of tutoring and educating students, the teachers and staff also help in the general administrative work; thereby creating an atmosphere of shared responsibilities within the school management. Annually, one of the experienced teachers is nominated as the “Head Teacher of the Year”, who takes the responsibility and initiative to organize Parent-Teacher meetings, counseling students, setting time tables and taking care of the daily schedules.

Emmaus Swiss School has a dedicated and supportive teaching staff that helps maximize the usage of these exclusive facilities provided to the children. Each of them is trained to handle various aspects in a child’s education & development and also make sure they walk alongside them in every step they take. Trained and supported by the school staff, students are encouraged to participate in various competitions and examinations.

The senior teachers of Emmaus Swiss School counsel and assist the other teachers with their teaching skills; tutor and educate students in the various subjects mainly Geography, Mathematics and Science. An eminent student counselor from Bangalore visits the school regularly for career and personal counseling. Teachers are also given opportunities to improve their teachings skills and also upgrading their teaching methodologies by attending workshops conducted by the CISCE at various places.
